The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.

The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Call to order – roll call.
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Swearing in of New Members-
  1. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.

Public Comment – If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.

  1. Recommendation and Nomination for the 2025 Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair
  2. Consideration and Action on a Building Permit for a Home at 525 West Main, Rockville-Steve Brantley
  3. Approval of the minutes for the December 10, 2024, Regular Meeting.

Information/Discussion/Non-action Items

  1. Planning Commission Administrative Business
    1. Simple Building Permits Issued

The next Planning Commission meeting will be February 11, 2025.
