 Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center 43 East Main, Rockville, Utah.

 The agenda will be as follows:

1. Call to order – roll call.
2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.

Public Comment – Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.org.  Written comments will be published on the Town’s website the Friday prior to the Planning Commission meeting.

4.   Consideration and Action on an Application for a Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for the Butch Cassidy Race being held on Saturday, November 9, 2024-Robyn Sanders

5.   Consideration and Action on a Grading/Excavation Permit Application to add fill dirt on Andrew Green’s property located at 35 Bridge Road-Andrew Green      
6.   Consideration and Action on a Building Permit for a Swimming Pool at 450 W. Vineyard-Parcel-# R-1304-Jacob Anderson/Madsen Homes
7.   Approval of the minutes for the June 11, 2024, Regular Meeting.
8.   Approval of the minutes for the July 9, 2024, Joint Meeting with the Town Council
9.   Approval of the minutes for the August 6, 2024, Special Meeting
