Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Planning Commission along with the Rockville Town Council will hold a work session on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center 43 East Main, Rockville, Utah.
The agenda will be as follows:
- Call to order – roll call.
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Consultant-led [Michael Hansen] discussion regarding the statewide initiative to update local subdivision ordinances. Specific discussion items may include:
- Overview of the legislative mandate and intended outcome.
- Discussion of initial audit of the existing Rockville code found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M92BC94x16ycsksEGuZVDxvTdW4zSit_/view?usp=sharing .
- Upcoming milestones and next steps.
